Digital Tools to Speed Up Life


I forgot to mention these important tools earlier in my blog, so I am adding them now. The QR Code App will have to be downloaded. The QR Code is used for many things but for educational purpose, Plickers (see earlier entry) allows each student to have a unique QR code (download and printed).

Creating a Positive Digital Literacy Learning Environment

If we are to embed digital literacy, teach digital literacy and go all digital in the education system; then let's have a positive experience for learners and practitioners. But I am concerned about over-digitizing our curriculum.

I like graphics. I tend to think in pictures and the use of this kind of digital tool interests me; especially if I can incorporate it into storytelling. I see a lot of potential with this.

Pretty cool stuff. This most certainly is one to play with. There are several YouTube videos which clearly explains how you would set this up and use it in the classroom. Certainly worth exploring; but is it just another digital entertainment-tool-gimmick?
