Digital Literacy and ADD/ADHD?

Distraction in the classroom? Are learners distracted?
Today's world is fast and kids are connected to technology before they are born.  It's easy to get hooked on technology that's always online, delivering a steady stream of photos, texts and tweets and Facebook updates.

You Know You Have Adult ADD/ADHD When...

There are a lot of diagnostic tick lists on line for  Adult ADD/ADHD - you can use that route just as a starting point, but be careful. If you look hard at a lot of different kinds of diagnostic criteria, you can, after a while, have everything. Be real. Use this as some information to take you to another place...mainly, your GP. This is some information I came across and I compared it with myself and what I still struggle with. I am not an expert.
I just live with it.

ADD and Me

 ADD and Me

Being an adult with ADD/HD, I have really struggled to keep my impulsiveness and OTM (on the mind, out the mouth), at bay. I watch people just to monitor my own responses and try to mimic theirs. More than anything, I have spent my entire life trying to "fit in" and to feel "normal".

Digital tools, diversity & inclusion in the classroom

Individual learner’s needs and preferences can be met (although not exclusively), through the use of technology. Teachers need to find meaningful ways to integrate technology, tools and techniques into their own practice and to evaluate which of the many thousands of educational apps (digital tools) might be appropriate for their learners.

Embedding Technology, Tools and Techniques

I have come across some uncertainty about technology developments for use in education in my reading.
